Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are reviewed based on item condition, order details, proof shared, and the issue reported by the customer.

7-day return policy
Samaan Store offers a 7-day return review window for eligible damaged, incorrect, missing, incomplete, or not-as-described products. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Proof required for returns
Customers must keep the product, packaging, accessories, and invoice safe, and share photos plus a clear delivery or unboxing video when reporting a return claim.
