Orders may remain pending until the advance payment and payment proof are reviewed. Do not send sensitive card, bank, or wallet credentials through normal messages. If payment proof is unclear, incomplete, or mismatched, support may request additional confirmation.

Customers must record a clear video at the time of delivery and unboxing to claim a damaged, missing, wrong, or not-as-described product. Return or exchange approval depends on product condition, packaging, reported issue, supplier policy, video proof, and review by our support team. Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted.
